Visitors accessing Capital One Lounge and Landing locations, and access to Priority Pass lounges offered by your Capital One card, are subject to the following Capital One Lounge and Landing and Priority Pass^TM Terms & Conditions. Capital One reserves the right to modify these terms, including the Code of Conduct and visitor access policies, at any time.

 

1. Venture X Cardholders: Lounge Access

This section is intended for Venture X cardholders, including primary cardholders and additional cardholders such as authorized users and account managers. For Venture X Business cardholders, see the “2. Venture X Business Cardholders: Lounge Access” section.

Upcoming changes to Venture X airport lounge access

Venture X: Additional Cardholder Access

• Beginning February 1, 2026, additional cardholders on Venture X accounts will not automatically have airport lounge access. 
• Primary cardholders can pay an annual lounge access fee of $125 per additional cardholder to maintain their lounge access. This will grant additional cardholders access to Capital One Lounges, Capital One Landings and Priority Pass lounges. In order to grant a Priority Pass Select membership to additional cardholders, primary cardholders will need to pay the annual lounge access fee, and additional cardholders will need to re-enroll.  All Priority Pass Select membership cards (physical and digital) previously issued to Venture X additional cardholders will expire on February 1, 2026, regardless of the expiration date listed on the card.
  • To enroll in a Priority Pass Select membership or be eligible for lounge access through payment of the $125 annual lounge access fee, additional cardholders must be at least 18 years old.
• You can still keep or add additional cardholders without lounge access for no fee. 
  • As of February 1, 2026, additional cardholders who do not pay the $125 annual lounge access fee will be able to purchase passes for Capital One Lounges and Landings at a discounted rate of $45 and will receive discounted pricing of $45 per guest per visit and $25 per visit per guest 17 and under (children under two remain free).
• If you wish to add lounge access for your additional cardholders you’ll have the option to do so on February 1, 2026.
• A Venture X account can have a maximum of 4 additional cardholders.

Venture X: Priority Pass Guest Access

• Beginning February 1, 2026, guests of Venture X cardholders will no longer receive complimentary access to Priority Pass lounges. At that time, Venture X primary cardholders and eligible additional cardholders can bring guests to Priority Pass lounges at a rate of $35 each per visit. Eligible cardholders still need to enroll in Priority Pass and are subject to the Priority Pass^TM Terms.
  • Some cardholders may be required to re-enroll in Priority Pass to maintain access to Priority Pass lounges. If you are required to re-enroll, you may do so beginning February 1, 2026. Capital One will share additional information about how to re-enroll at this time. Capital One online access is required to enroll or re-enroll in Priority Pass. 

Venture X: Capital One Lounges and Landings Guest Access

• Beginning February 1, 2026, guests of Venture X cardholders will no longer automatically receive complimentary access to Capital One Lounges and Landings.
• Primary cardholders and eligible additional cardholders that spend at least $75,000 across their Venture X account per calendar year can bring up to two complimentary guests to Capital One Lounges and one complimentary guest to Capital One Landings per visit.
• Cardholder spend towards the $75,000 threshold begins in the 2025 calendar year. Complimentary guest access is valid for the calendar year in which the $75,000 spend occurs, the following calendar year, and until January 31 of the next calendar year.
  • For example, if a cardholder unlocks complimentary guest access starting on July 1, 2026, it will remain effective until January 31, 2028.
• For instructions on how to see your total calendar year spend, see the “Spending Insights Tool” section below.
• Venture X primary cardholders and eligible Venture X additional cardholders will continue to receive discounted pricing of $45 per guest per visit, and will now receive a discounted rate of $25 per visit per guest 17 and under.
• Children under two remain free.

Spending Insights Tool

Venture X primary cardholders can track their account spend by visiting the Spending Insights tool at capitalone.com and following these steps:

1. Navigate to www.capitalone.com on a browser on your mobile or desktop device
2. Log in using your username and password
3. Tap or click on your Venture X account
4. Tap or click on “View Spend Insights”
5. Under “Select date range”, update the date range to start on January 1* and end today
6. Under “Select account users”, select all account users
7. Under “Select spending category”, select “Total Spending”

*Note: For customers who upgraded to Venture X from a different Capital One credit card this calendar year, select the starting date as the date your Venture X account was opened, rather than January 1.

2. Venture X Business Cardholders: Lounge Access

Venture X Business: Additional Cardholder Access

• Beginning February 1, 2026, primary cardholders on Venture X Business accounts who want to add lounge access for their additional cardholders will have the ability to pay an annual lounge access fee of $125 per cardholder to grant them access to Capital One Lounges, Capital One Landings and Priority Pass lounges.
  • To enroll in a Priority Pass Select membership or be eligible for lounge access through payment of the $125 annual lounge access fee, additional cardholders must be at least 18 years old.
• You can still keep or add additional cardholders to your account without lounge access for no fee.
  • As of February 1, 2026, additional cardholders who do not pay the $125 annual lounge access fee will be able to purchase passes for Capital One Lounges and Landings at a discounted rate of $45 and will receive discounted pricing of $45 per guest per visit and $25 per visit per guest 17 and under (children under two remain free).
• If you wish to add lounge access, you can do so for up to four additional cardholders. You will have the option to do so beginning on February 1, 2026.

Venture X Business: Priority Pass Guest Access

• Venture X Business primary cardholders will continue to receive complimentary access for two guests at Priority Pass lounges.
• Beginning February 1, 2026, eligible additional cardholders will also receive complimentary access for two guests at Priority Pass lounges. 
• Primary cardholders and eligible additional cardholders will also be able to bring more than two additional guests into Priority Pass lounges at a rate of $35 for each additional guest per visit. Eligible cardholders still need to enroll in Priority Pass and are subject to the Priority Pass^TM Terms.
• For VISA^TM customers:
  • Any non-eligible Priority Pass membership will be canceled and membership card expired on February 1, 2026.
  • Some cardholders may be required to re-enroll in Priority Pass to maintain access to Priority Pass lounges. If you are required to re-enroll, you may do so beginning February 1, 2026. Capital One will share additional information about how to re-enroll at that time. Capital One online access is required to enroll or re-enroll in Priority Pass.
• For Mastercard^TM customers:
  • Beginning September 9, 2025, access to Priority Pass non-lounge airport experiences will no longer be included in your benefits. 
  • On September 9, 2025, the rate to bring more than two guests into Priority Pass lounges will change from $32 each per visit to $35 for each additional guest per visit. 
  • Any non-eligible Priority Pass membership will be canceled and membership card expired on September 9, 2025.
  • Some cardholders may be required to re-enroll in Priority Pass to maintain access to Priority Pass lounges. If you are required to re-enroll, you may do so beginning September 9, 2025. Capital One will share additional information about how to re-enroll at that time. Capital One online access is required to enroll or re-enroll in Priority Pass.

Venture X Business: Capital One Lounges and Landings Guest Access

• Beginning February 1, 2026, guests of Venture X Business cardholders will no longer automatically receive complimentary access to Capital One Lounges and Landings.
• Primary cardholders and eligible additional cardholders that spend at least $75,000 across their Venture X Business account per calendar year can bring up to two complimentary guests to Capital One Lounges and one complimentary guest to Capital One Landings per visit.

3. Capital One Lounges & Landings

General

• Access to Lounges and Landings differs by card type:
  • For Venture X cardholders, see the “1. Venture X Cardholders: Lounge Access” section for information about Venture X lounge access.
  • For Venture X Business cardholders, see the “2. Venture X Business Cardholders: Lounge Access” section for information on Venture X Business lounge access.
  • Venture and Spark Miles cardholders can purchase passes to Lounges and Landings at discounted rates of $45 for themselves and each of their guests 18 and over.
  • Effective June 3, 2025, all Venture X, Venture X Business, Venture, and Spark Miles cardholders can purchase passes to Lounges and Landings at discounted rates of $25 for guests 17 and under. Children under 2 remain free.
  • All others may purchase day passes at the standard rate of $90 at select locations based on Lounge or Landing capacity.
• To qualify for complimentary or discounted Lounge or Landing access, card accounts must be in good standing.
• Additional cardholders who are not eligible for Capital One online access may not be eligible to pay the $125 annual lounge access fee.
• Access to Capital One Lounge and Landing locations is not guaranteed and is subject to space availability.
• In addition to these Terms and Conditions, cardholders reserving a space at Capital One Landing locations through their Capital One online account are subject to the Capital One Dining Terms of Service.

Hours of Operation & Amenities

• Operating hours vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Hours may be impacted by airport hours, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Services and amenities are dependent on the Lounge or Landing location and are subject to availability.

Entry Requirements

• All visitors must present a boarding pass with a confirmed seat assignment for a departing or connecting same-day flight. We will not admit visitors without a confirmed seat assignment - this includes standby tickets. Failure to present this documentation may result in denial of access. All visitors with a same-day departure boarding pass may enter up to 3 hours before their departure time. Visitors with a same-day connecting flight may access Lounge or Landing locations beyond 3 hours, as long as they are able to present both their arrival and departure boarding passes.
• Flight delays or interruptions will have no impact on access to Lounges or Landings as long as visitors enter within 3 hours of their originally scheduled departure time. Visitors cannot enter Lounge or Landing locations without a new departure boarding pass for a rescheduled flight.
• Airline, airport and industry employees are not permitted access while working and/or while in uniform (this includes employees of any airline and private, corporate and charter aircraft carriers).
• Visitors under the age of 18 must enter with a supervising parent or legal guardian. Children under 2 can enter for free.
• Payment for Lounge or Landing access generally must be made by card; however, select airports may accept cash or card as a form of payment for access. When paying by card, visitors must use their eligible Capital One card to pay for discounted entry (as described above). Checks, virtual card numbers and other digital payment methods such as Google Pay™ or Apple Pay® are not accepted.
• Capital One will not be held liable for any technology failure that results in a visitor’s displacement on the waitlist. In such an event, the Lounge or Landing location will attempt to correct the error but cannot guarantee access.
• Capital One reserves the right to reserve seats and prioritize individual entry.

Compensation

• Capital One cardholders will not be compensated for changes in locations, policies, rates, operating hours and/or closures, or if the Lounge or Landing location is not available due to capacity.

Behavior

• By entering the Lounge or Landing locations, you agree to comply with all local, state, federal and national laws as well as statutes, ordinances and regulations that apply to your use of any Capital One Lounge or Landing location.
• Any conduct that is deemed to be inappropriate, disruptive, abusive or against the Code of Conduct (posted at each Lounge and Landing location) is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any visitor or entrant for such conduct or for failing to comply with these terms, and this may result in permanent removal of all Capital One Lounge and Landing benefits.
• If Capital One, or its Lounge operation partners, determine in their discretion that you have engaged in abuse, misuse or gaming in connection with Lounge or Landing access or behave in a manner that you intend to do so, you may be asked to leave and this may result in permanent removal of all Capital One Lounge and Landing benefits.
• In order to consume alcoholic beverages visitors must be at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any guest who appears to be intoxicated or is otherwise unruly. Any outside alcoholic beverages may not be consumed within the Lounge or Landing location. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed within the main dining areas and are not permitted in amenity rooms. State liquor laws and airport authority regulations may limit the time frames in which alcoholic beverages may be served.
• All food and beverage available in the Lounge or Landing location, including grab & go items, are only available to visitors who have been admitted to the Lounge or Landing location. Any food provided in the Lounge or Landing location, with the exception of pre-packaged options, must be consumed within it.
• Smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, smokeless tobacco and electronic cigarette use is not permitted in any Lounge or Landing location.
• Capital One is not liable for any articles lost, stolen or damaged while in the Lounge or Landing location. Per airport procedures, items left behind are turned over to Airport Security for safekeeping.
• Visitors must wear shoes at all times in Lounge and Landing locations. Visitors are not permitted to sleep, lay or place their feet on the furniture in Lounge and Landing locations.
• Visitors must refrain from using the speaker while on personal devices—including cellular phones and laptops—and use headphones.
• Lounges and Landing locations have no obligation to announce flight information, and visitors accept that Lounge and Landing locations will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from any guest failing to board their flight. Travelers are responsible for checking the relevant entry requirements and for providing correct travel documentation for their journey.
• Service animals, emotional support animals and pets are welcome in Lounge and Landing locations and are the responsibility of their owner. Capital One is not responsible for any issues or incidents that arise from service animals, emotional support animals and pets being present in the Lounge or Landing location. Should a service animal, emotional support animal or pet misbehave, urinate or defecate in the lounge, threaten the safety of or disrupt the environment of another visitor or staff member, the owner will be prompted to get the animal under control. If the animal continues to exhibit dangerous or disruptive behavior, we reserve the right to ask the handler to remove the animal from the Lounge or Landing location. To ensure the comfort and safety of all of our team members and visitors, pets must remain in their closed carriers and with their owners at all times. Pets are not permitted on furniture, nor in food and beverage service areas and amenity rooms.
• Lounge and Landing locations space may not be used for solicitation or for the purpose of seeking to solicit airline, airport or industry employees or other visitors.
• Soliciting cardholders with intent to gain access to the Lounge or Landing location is prohibited.

4. Priority Pass^TM Terms

General

• For Venture X cardholders, see the “1. Venture X Cardholders: Lounge Access” section for information on Venture X lounge access.
• For Venture X Business cardholders, see the “2. Venture X Business Cardholders: Lounge Access” section for information on Venture X Business lounge access.
• Due to the changes described above in sections 1 and 2, some cardholders may be required to re-enroll in Priority Pass to maintain access to Priority Pass lounges. Capital One will share additional information if you are required to re-enroll. Capital One online access is required to enroll or re-enroll in Priority Pass.

Priority Pass Select

• Priority Pass lounge access is subject to cardholder enrollment in Priority Pass and the Priority Pass Conditions of Use.
  • By clicking the link above, you will be taken to a third-party website that is not hosted by Capital One. The owner of the website is responsible for the website content. Their privacy practices and level of security may be different from Capital One’s, so please review their policies.
• Enrolled Capital One cardholders receive a membership to the Priority Pass Select program. Priority Pass Select members have access to participating airport VIP lounges worldwide, regardless of airline choice, ticket class, or membership in the airline lounge program. You must maintain an open and eligible Capital One Venture X or Venture X Business account to qualify, and your Priority Pass Select membership will be canceled if your account is closed. 
• You must be an eligible Capital One cardholder to participate. Eligibility for this offer is determined by Capital One. Provided you meet the issuer-determined eligibility requirements, Capital One will allow enrollment of one Capital One cardholder per card number as members in the Priority Pass Select program. Note that access to Priority Pass for new customers becomes available up to 2 weeks after your eligible Capital One card is dispatched. Lounge benefits, services and facilities differ by location and may only be available at an additional charge.
• For access to a participating Priority Pass airport lounge, you must present your Priority Pass Select Membership Card, and a boarding pass or valid flight ticket (depending on the lounge) for the same day of travel. 
• All participating lounges are owned and operated by third party organizations, and neither Priority Pass Select nor Capital One are or will be liable for any loss to a member or any accompanying guests, arising from the provision or non- provision of any of the benefits, services, and facilities. Lounge benefits, services and facilities differ by location and some may only be available at an additional charge. Some Priority Pass lounges may charge Priority Pass members an additional entry fee. Certain lounges may restrict access due to space constraints and may have limits on the number of guests who can enter with a member. 
• Priority Pass Select is an independent airport lounge access program and is neither owned nor otherwise affiliated with Capital One. The Priority Pass Select membership benefit is subject to change and cancellation at any time. Membership in the Priority Pass Select program is not transferable and is only valid up to the date of membership eligibility expiration as determined by Capital One. 
• For VISA^TM Customers:
  • Provided the Priority Pass Select membership benefit is still being offered by Capital One and the card under which you originally enrolled is still eligible, your membership will be automatically renewed, unless you cancel your membership by calling Priority Pass Select at +1 800 352 2834 (toll-free in USA/Canada/Mexico) or +1 972 735 0536 (outside of North America). Once the renewal is processed, the digital membership expiration date will be updated on your Priority Pass profile. If the Priority Pass Select benefit is no longer being offered by Capital One or the card under which you originally enrolled is no longer eligible for the benefit, your membership will not automatically be renewed, but you will be given the opportunity to renew with Priority Pass at the applicable retail rate.
  • Lost or stolen membership card: Please report the loss of your card to Priority Pass at +1 800 352 2834 (toll-free in USA/Canada/Mexico) or +972 735 0536 (outside of North America) who will send you a replacement card.
• For Mastercard^TM Customers:
  • Provided the Priority Pass Select membership benefit is still being offered by Capital One and the card under which you originally enrolled is still eligible, your membership will be automatically renewed. Once the renewal is processed, the member will be directed to update their digital membership credential expiration date within the Priority Pass mobile app. If the Priority Pass Select benefit is no longer being offered by Capital One or the card under which you originally enrolled is no longer eligible for the benefit, your membership will not automatically be renewed.
  • Lost or stolen membership card: Please report the loss of your Priority Pass card to Capital One and a replacement card can be provided.
